Can't see or doesn't work any more?

Hello everyone,

i have my book live 2TB

For fyew days ago i cannot access to it any more. I havee green light in front, and in back, but everything i tried it doesnt help.

I was reading to find any solution but nothing is help.

I reconect it on other router, switch, change cables, do some restart… 

If anyone have any kind of solution, please help.

Hi kontrolor, welcome to the WD Community. Have you tried connecting the My Book Live to another PC? You can also try pressing the reset button on the back of the My Book for 4 seconds. If the problem continues, it would appear to be faulty and needs to be replaced.

yes i try everything. Green is on the front and at a back. I have this device for more then year. Now it’s not on the network. 

I was hoping that there is some other solution then to be replaced. I have lot of things on drive.
