I’ve been using my WD MyPassport on my Windows Laptop. i wanted to get all my files on my Mac but it won’t edit. so i searched and found instructions on how to convert a WD External Drive to Apple File System (APFS) Format. i was at the part where i have to set a Guid Partition Map and i halved it(i guess this is where i went wrong) after applying it… both my Mac and Windows only show the unlocker but wont continue on to my files. on my Mac it would say that the computer can’t read it, while on my Windows it would say that it’s been unlocked but the usual window that would come up didn’t and i couldn’t access my files in any other way. please someone help!
