Just as it says, I’m currently trying to figure this out. I’ve entered the password and even disabled the password for this specific computer, but the WD Unlocker program won’t reveal the HD to me afterwards. I originally used this on a Macbook Pro but I’m on a laptop with Windows 8.1 now if that could be of some relevance. Would appreciate some sort of revelation as to the nature of my problem.

If the drive is formatted for Mac, Windows will not recognize it.
Windows is not compatible with Mac format. In order to use the drive on a Windows computer you will have to format it for Windows.
