Hi there everyone, I hope someone can help.
I rebooted my Mac, erasing everything since it was slow and not functioning well. Before doing so I backed up everything on My Passport for Mac. So far everything is going nice.
My Mac is now just as new and all my info is safely stored in My Passport, I connected and it asked me for the password, I put it and the drive got unlocked, and then I get a new window asking me again for the password, and even I am putting it correctly I can not go further this.
