Unlock Drive using Password with MAC

Hi Experts,

I have an issue with my HDD " My Passport ". I haven’t been using the Hard Disk for several months and I set a password which I cannot able to remember.

Please help if there is a way to Unlock and want to remove the password and need data which is in storage.
