I used to have my drive password protected but removed the password using WD Security. However, every time I plug in the drive, it still asks for the password. When I enter the password, it tells me it’s already unlocked. I’ve used the WD Security tool to set the password again and remove it again, but that doesn’t clear the problem. How do I keep this from happening?
