I am Photographer and keep my hard drives stored quite well. I’ve had this particular drive since 2012 and a client had asked me to get some photos for him. I went to unlock it via Unlocker but the files do not show up. I have even downloaded the latest drivers because my iMac is quite new. Please advise.
You can contact WD Support for the issue so that they can isolate the issue and find out whether the issue is with the drive or with the MacOS.
