Hi there, I have a My Passport (WDBABW0010BSL-00) that I use as a back up for my photos for the past 11 years. When I plug in the USB it only opens up the WD Smartware and not My Passport. I have ALL my pictures on here and this is the only set of them I have. I desparatley need help to open this up again! I did open my disk utility on my MAC and the WD Smartware is there. The My Passport also shows up but it’s greyed out. Any help with this would be appreciated!
