Help accessing shares from mobile app

I’ve had this Mycloud for some onths now but never needed to gain access from the app on android before. So I come to try as user “admin” and all I can access is the public folder. I’ve tried on two different mobile devices and the same thing. When I configure access from the dashboard I have my email set up for “admin” and I check to authorise my mobile device. The code is generated and I fill it in on the mobile. Then I get “Error unable to access device”.

This thing is driving me mad.
