HDD SMART check

So i have this HDD named
WDC WD1001FALS-00J7B0

Its not 2 yeras old.I am using aida64 to check it SMART status.Sometime i gte this two error there.
1.Spinup time-ID Pre-Failure: Imminent loss of data is being predicted
2.ID Attribute Advisory: Usage or age limit exceeded

This two error doesn’t show up all the time.But if like refresh it for 15time they come up twice.i don’t notice any difference in HDD perfoamnce.I still have 3 years warranty left.So are you guys willing to RMA it for this?

Hey if i send it,will i get a new HDD?Is that confirmed?i don’t want to send all my 1tb of data just for WD to send it back to me saying its fine.Are those errors in SMART worth worrying about?

can some WD techincal guy plz confirm it?

you shoukd get another hdd for transfering data try an advanced rma if you dont habe another
