Having trouble with my CLOUD

I have a WD 4TB My Cloud Personal Network Attached Storage - NAS - WDBCTL0040HWT-NESN with a USB splitter with 3 other Hard drives all have been working fine for years now the one hard drive still shows up on my Mapped drives on Windows and can see it on KODI network using NFS but its not showing any of my movies have rebooted everything nothing seems to work can’t stream anything from that drive :frowning:

Any suggestions ?

After the 3rd reboot and switching around the USB ports its now working. WD My cloud gives me headaches at least 2 or 3 times a year ! And Explorer looking into folders is very slow some days and fast the other. After the WD dies I will not be purchasing another to FLAKY !
