Got a problem with my WD my Passport 500 gb, please help! :(

I have tried to reduce some files, a bunch of my files, but still the hard drive doesnt reduce the number of gb being accomodated.

I have tried to restart my computer and boot again, and nothing happened. Also, i have tried to reduce files again and again but the same problem apears. It seems like the WD my passport doesnt show the space being freed.

Please help me to fix this, as i have to save my new files. :frowning:

You need to be more specific about the process you are using, how are you reducing your files, are you deleting the files?

  • How are you deleting the files?
