I’m constantly dropping files to my passport ultra. I never go through them, I was wanting to view some old photos so I just pulled it up and there were tons missing. If I click on the drive it shows 350 GB in use which sounds about right. When I go into the drive itself if I click on everything and view file size it’s about 100 GB. I know of specific folders I’ve copied over and they aren’t there. Any clue where these could be or how to view them?

Did you also check the hidden files and folder in My Passport?
You are talking about the box in properties to show hidden files or something else?

Nope… and I’ll never purchase another WD product over it
