Hi, My passport 500 Gb is not showing files, however its showing the correct properties of disk like space used and free space. could you guys please help me to rerive data?

Try enabling Show Hidden Files.

Already tried it. “Show Hidden/ System Files” option is check marked.
but its not working. Its important data, so I do not want to format the disk.
Try deleting the Passport driver then remove the drive and reboot system. Then plug the drive back in and it should load fresh drivers. Sometimes a corrupt driver can cause problems.
