Wd my passwort- Not showing my files on PC

hi,

 WD my Passport (PC external harddisk) is not showing my files, I have used about  793GB and 138GB free space but all my files and folder are not showing. I can only view few files that is not upto 5GB.

Please help.

Have you tried enabling hidden files and folders in case the files were accidentally hidden due to a system error?

I enabled show hidden files and all my folders showed up.

Hi, 

So your HDD was detected in your computer and you were able to access it, but only your files got hidden? 

For me, the entire HDD is not getting detected in both of my laptops… Does anyone have a solutioin for this problem? :cry:
