Desde la actualización no puedo acceder en remoto a mycloud, si bien según leo hay q hacerlo a través de goodsync, pero tampoco consigo acceder. ¿Como se configura???

The normal methods of remote access are to use the MyCloud.com web portal. Use the My Cloud OS5 app for iOS or Android. Or have previously enabled (configured) access options (some insecure) like FTP and other options that the My Cloud OS5 Dashboard > Settings > Network page section supports. See the My Cloud OS5 Online User Manual for more information on remote access options.

WD Sync is no longer supported (WD Sync End of Support) and not supported under OS5. If one was previously using WD Sync, then WD suggests one use GoodSync. One can see the following WD Knowledgebase Articles and Goodsync links for more information.
