Get USERNAME for SMB access

My Cloud Home - Personal Cloud Storage My Cloud Home

I registered in My Cloud Home and want to get private access though SMB to work with files in MacOs Finder directly.

But for access i need USERNAME and PASSWORD
Tell me please, where I can take USERNAME ?

P.S. I was try to enter First Name, Last name, Email, in USERNAME field… But this all did’t work.
P.S.S I need private access! How to get public i know…

There is only LAN access with single fixed account
Username “guest”
No password

No single user private access

But I would like to have access to my private folders trough macOS finder =)
I know trough LAN it’s posible, and My Cloud Home give all for it, but i should writre USERNAME and PASSWORD.

With PASSWORD all ± understand, but where I can take USERNAME i can’t understand
