Registered user connect to My Cloud in Finder

Dear All,

I have a MBP and My Cloud.

I would like to connect as registered user to my drive, in order access the drive with programs as Light Room.

Which user name and password do I fill in this box?

You need to use the username and password that corresponds to the private share you wish to access. These are manually created in the Dashboard administration page of the WD My Cloud.

Blank password will not work for registered user on my Macbook Pro. Passwords set up for the shares access does not work for registered user either,  and I cannot find the dashboard administration page on WD My Cloud. Tabs on My Cloud are as follows, and there is no administration under the settings tab either???

Home, Users, Shares, Cloud Access, Safepoints, Settings.

Please help
