GDrive not working on Thunderbolt port (PC/WIN7)

I need some help, I have a Dell laptop workstation with Thunderbolt port, when I connected the GDrive on it, it says USB driver not found, it does not appear on explorer and it doesn’t power up. When I plug in USB 3 port everything is fine…

Any help? I installed the Thunderbolt driver but nothing changed…

Are you sure it is a Thunderbolt 2 port? or is it a Thunderbolt 3 port?

Windows based Thunderbolt 3 don’t work on Thunderbolt 2 drives with adapters yet.
