G-DRIVE thunderbolt 3 Problem

After months of use without problems with G-DRIVE - Thunderbolt 3 using Thunderbolt 3 connection with MAC, it has stopped working.
I have used the USB connection and now it is working.
Has anyone happened or knows the reason?
