Hi, I have a G - Drive with thunderbolt of 3TB for almost a year. Todya I plugged it in my PC via USB 3.0 Cable and the light started blinking but it stoped after a few secodns and the computer won’t recognize it. Anyone has a solution? I’ve already tried with another usb ports and other computer includign MAC and I have the same problem. Thanks.
Check your power adapter and make sure it has an output of 12v and 2amps.
