G-Speed Studio 24TB not mounting

My 24 TB G-Speed Studio has stopped mounting. When I start it up, power comes on, and the disks spin up and there seems to be some disk access activity. The drive appears in a System Report and also in Terminal when using diskutil list command. However, it is not recognized in Finder and the G-Speed Studio Utility also does not recognize the drive. The info from the System Report is shown here:

I’ve tried on two MacBook Pros that I have. One is an older 2013 MBP running Catalina, the other is a 2019 MBP running Monterey. Same result on both systems.

Any suggestions as to how I might get this working again?
