The G-Speed Shuttle TB3 on Win 10 not working.
When I connect TB3 to Win 10 I got this message
And In the Device Manager, TB3 appear as

You have it plugged into a USB-C port that is why. It needs to be attached to a Thunderbolt port to work.
USB-C and TB3 are not the same, they just share a port. Very different interfaces.
