I can’t seem to get my computer to recognize the device to reformat. It shows up in the device manager as an unknown device and doesn’t come up at all when using the format wizard or in disk management. I am using a Windows 10 computer with thunderbolt. What am I doing wrong?
If you have the new TB3 model Shuttle then you need both the intel based Thunderbolt drivers for your computer and also our TB3 drivers from our website.
