G Shuttle XL not reading on Mac

Bought a brand new G Speed Shuttle XL with Thunderbolt 3… Macbook Pro 2017 is not reading it. Neither is iMac 2015.

I’m running Sierra 10.12.6 and have installed the proper 12+ driver twice.

It turns on when plugged in and has three beeps. Just not visible in Finder or Disk Utility.

Please help.

There are two downloads, one is the 12+ Software Utility for managing the device but not required for recognition. The other is the driver. Make sure you are installing the driver as you mentioned only the 12+ download, which is the software.
