I’ve recently acquired a Tunderbolt 3 G Speed Shuttle XL and am trying to obtain some data on it. At present I have managed to turn the drive on, however, it is not being recognised by my mac. Am I overlooking something?
My mac is a 2015 model running the latest version of Sierra 10.12.6. I am using a converter to convert the Thunderbolt 2 ports on the G Speed drive to the Thunderbolt 2 port on my mac. The drive is lighting up and vibrating but is not being recognised.
I inherited the drive from someone who used it frequently, however, I am unable to get in contact with them to ascertain their exact setup.
