I tried to contact the phone number for customer support but the line keeps hanging up. This is an urgent matter where I am in a remote location and need assistance ASAP. I need to know the proper firmware and the driver to download for this model so that it can be recognized by my computer. Everything I’ve tried does not work. I have tried disk utility and the computer does not acknowledge that the hard drive is plugged in.
