G-Raid 2 with 3 drives one light is red two are white

How can I determine what RAID I am using? Currently, I can’'t access the information on the drive whose light is red on my G-Raid 2. I’ve tried mounting the drive on my Mac w/o success.

Thank you

According to the data sheet, Raid 0 (striped) is the default unless someone changed it to raid 1 or JBOB.

Raid 0 stripes the data across both drives. There is no redundancy or fault tolerance. So if one drives goes bad, you lose the array.

You mention not being able to access the “red” drive. Are you able to access the other drive?

How large are the individual disks. How much capacity does the G-Raid have?

Just trying to determine if you are in Raid 1 or JBOD.
