FTP Setup & Configuration

Hi all

I’ve been trying to get a simple FTP share setup on my PR2100 with no luck.
Port forwarding is configured on my router, and I’ve confirmed that port 20,21 is accessible via https://canyouseeme.org/.

FTP is enabled on my PR2100, and I’ve enabled FTP access to my public folder.
Other than is, are there any credentials required to gain access?

I get a target actively refused error when attempting to connect.
