PR4100 Setup Help!

Hi Everyone,

I am in need of help. I have been trying to setup my PR4100 for the last few hours with no luck (well maybe alittle).

I started out following the guide and reset the drive serval times and hours latder the drive was recognized and worked… Until I updated the drive and now back to the starting point. When I try to go to mycloudpr4100.local nothing happens. When I log into mycloud.com it says the drive is offline.

I am using a MAC running 10.11.6 and an Airport Extreme 7.6.7.

The drive shows up in the finder under shared but cant connect to it.

I have tried different browsers and different computers.
