Hi all, I have just bought a WD My Cloud. As being shown on Dashboard, the current Firmware is v03.04.01-230 and asking for update to v04… When I click on the yellow arrow a pop-up appears but keep showing “Downloading…” and 0% for the whole night. Could anyone help me with this issue? Thank you
You might want to run your NAS with the v03 firmware. If you find out that a specific issue you discover is fixed with the new firmware, then update. On this forum, we have seen many users (me included) revert to the v03 firmware. Since you have it, keep until proven wrong.
