Hi, I am trying to update the firmware on my 4TB My Cloud. It has been stuck on 14% for over half an hour. I cannot say for certain that there was not an internet failure, as obviously this can drop out without warning, but aside from that potential cause, the drive or the wired connection from my tp link has not been touched. It says not to unplug the device during installation so I haven’t, but I cannot get out of the Update Firmware window that has appeared or navigate off the main page. How do I get the update to complete or re-start please? Thanks
I copied the url of the page and opened it again in a new browser window, but the same page has appeared with the same stuck Update Window over it.
