Just upgraded my firmware to 1.04.10_V and did a factory reset and system reset and all works great. I upgraded from version 1.02 something and like the faster scan time to the hard drive as before it was so slow. Now it is way faster and network is more stable. Works well.
I did the update and now m,y home movies stream very slow from my Home server and on my Other WDLTV I did not due up[date and everything works great… What can I do to speed the streaming up
Mine seems okay so far but the thumbnail folder icons have been moved to center of image. This must be reviewed and included in the next upadate. I have also noticed that the usb hub issue still remains unresolved and a vital component to the WDTV as a viable media centre feature. If this feature is ignored i will have to consider models from alternate manufacturers since the ability to connect multiple drives is one i cannot overlook.
Works fine for me as well, only problem for me is that the keyboard input is super slow.
