Faulty green wd drive

My drive failed on wd life diagonis so it will need replacing under warranty but i cannot wait 3 weeks as it is a customers i cannot get hold of wd on the phone can anyone help or advise

Hi if you go here and select product replacement RMA you can choose advanced RMA and they will send you the new drive first.  http://support.wdc.com/warranty/index_end.asp?lang=en
