We don't receive replacements from WD RMAs

We have been waiting for our replacement from 2 of RMAs since Oct 2025, and we contacted WD support via Phone and Email many times and got the same answer that “sorry for the delay” and problem is unsolved. what else should we do so we can receive the replacements. warranty time is running out. Thank you in advance

They don’t want to replace drives. They rejected one of my RMA saying drive is altered , they are not sending me proof of alteration or modification
