Fail in data access (My cloud 3TB)

Hello!
I really need your help: I have a good old 3TB WD My Cloud that suddenly:

  1. The LED is red.
  2. I have access to the console
  3. I have access via SSH but I can’t find the share folders
  4. The console tells you that you have 0 free space
  5. In the notifications it says that the volume has not been mounted
  6. From the result of the ‘df’ command I imagine that the data is still there, even if lost.
