EX4 Lost passwords to dashboard & Router stopped working, new router installed

I would be grateful if anyone could help.

I had a small book with all my pass words in it (as we need so many these days), unfortunately i have misplaced it and i cannot log in to my WD E4. i need to change the settings on it to connect to my new router. I have had to change the name of the router network to work with my primary router as i have 2 x routers.

Basically i need to get into the EX4 to connect to my new router but as i said i don’t have the password.

Hi Paul-H68, welcome to the WD Community. Have you tried pressing the reset button on the back? This restore settings such as the administrator user name and password for the device.
