Ex2 ultra snmp

i have a nas ex2 ultra.
on this nas i try to activate the snmp server on v2c.
only this one does not start, now I thought to reboot the nas to activate the settings.
this seemed like a solution because the smps started sending the information.
only this was of short duration after a minute the information stopped, until I restart the nas.

does anyone know what the problem may be.

thank you for the response.
but I tried that too, the result is the same.
snmp starts and stops after about one minute.
I think it is a software problem, because I have also set the port forwarding to udp 161
