Stops working the connection via snmp

Hi all.
My Cloud model is DL2100, witch is connected to zabbix server via snmp. The problem is that if i enable for user the opportunity connect with mycloud.com or mobile app (My Cloud from Play Market), connection via snmp dissipated.

Thus in log there are records:
notice CommMgr: { “msgid”:“cloudConnectivity”, “state”:“connected”, “type”:“relayed” }
or
notice CommMgr: { “msgid”:“cloudConnectivity”, “state”:“failed”, “type”:“portforwarded” }

Use port forwardig HTTP, HTTPS and different versions snmp doesn’t help.
Works either cloud or snmp. At the same time does not work.

Hopefully an experienced User will be able to assist.
