SNMP Not Working on EX4 and DL4100

SNMP service doesn’t run on the EX4 and DL4100 units even though the Settings GUI shows that SNMP is enabled. Everything was working fine until the new “re-designed” MyCloud firmware was released a few months ago.

Hi, when you have that is not working, is it not updating? Have you tried to reset the drive by pressing the reset button in the back?

The SNMP service is not running on the unit. You can verify this by ssh login to the unit.
