EX2 Ultra Help ( setting - IP static)

Hi , I saw a topic earlier here about a problem When it is set static IP Then they

(not accessible to device / cannot connect)

Was this problem fixed in the latest update ?

I need confirmation for that

And if this problem happened How can I access the settings interface To fix that and back again to Dynamic IP ?

Yes you lose local access, don’t do it, I did and it was a disaster, use the mobile app to login, hopefully you setup that as admin, and change settings back to DHCP and you’ll regain local access, part of the issue is you think it’s address is mycloudex2ultra but it’s not, it’s a foot long device local address with a port number 8543, and after setting static that address is dead until you reset to DHCP through the app.

I just use a reserved IP address in my router, rather than a static IP address - basically the same functionality.
