Can't Change IP Address

Need to disconnect My Cloud Mirror from the network and on to a single computer (WIN 7). Therefore I changed in MYCloud Mirrior / Dashboard from DHCP to STATIC with a new IP-Address. When confirming the change the system confirmed the update and from thereon I could not access MyCloud again, nor with the new - or the old IP-Address. Needed to reset MyCloud to be able to access the dashboard and there was under Setting / Network the old IP-Address but now on static. Any Idea which step I missed?

First, you need to contact your ISP for Static IP confirmation and then set DHCP to Static Network. Hoever, you can follow below article if want to reset My Cloud device with default network Settings;
