Ex2 Ultra doesn´t recognize the new HDD

Hi people. I just bought a second HDD for my Ex2 Ultra but the device doesn´t recognize it. Both HDD are 3tb WD Red HDD, version WD30EFRX. Any one has any idea of what can I do? Thanks!
