I had to do factry reset today to my EX2 first through dashboard ant then with reset button on the back. According to WD all my data should stay saved it will only reset all my settings.
Power drive back up and I can find it with discovery tool but when going throug it it want to format my drives! there is no way I can do that. lots of info on thouse two drives.
What am I doing wrong? how do I set this thing back up and get it runing?
Try it with drives and with out same results. blue light will flash never goes blue and then start flashing yellow/amber.
Please any help.
