EX2 offline and won't come back on

Hi, I left town for two weeks and left some files transferring to my EX2 Ultra. Upon returning, I have a solid red power LED and 2 solid blue hard drive LEDs. I can’t find an answer to the solid red power LED in the manual.

Before I left, I converted the RAID mode from Raid 1 to JBOD. This didn’t have any issues and the hard drive was still discoverable online. Now it shows as offline and I can’t use the drive. I have tried unplugging and plugging it back in and it continues to show the same LED colors. Any suggestions?
