The ethernet light is off and the led light is flashing with yellow.
The router functions well, the cable works too.
What troubleshooting steps have you tried? Replaced the Ethernet cable between the My Cloud and the router? Tried connecting the My Cloud Ethernet cable to a different networking port?
In certain rare cases the broadband provider’s router may conflict with the My Cloud. The workaround is to put a network switch between the My Cloud and the network router.
This mycloud worked well until this morning.
