Hello, to do a factory restore, from the my book dashboard go to settings/utilities/factory restore, check the link below for how to access the dashboard.
Am setting up my drive. I did the firmware update and the drive rebooted. Getting Error 31564 while trying to setup Remote Access. What is the cause for this error ? How to resolve ?
