Error 31520: Cannot establish remote access connection

I’m getting “Error 31520: Cannot establish remote access connection” when I try to enable remote access on my MyBook…  

Messages from the MyBook LIve (such as system restart notices) are reaching me, and I can see the drive and view files in my My Cloud iOS app, so I have an internet connection and can reach the drive.  

Any idea what could be keeping the drive from establishing a remote access connection?


If you are able to reach the drive on a iOS device, on what device are you getting the error?

According to the user reporting his case, he was able to resolve the error performing a quick factory reset from the web interface. Unistalling all the software and reinstalled the drive.
