Hello.
I’ve a EX4100 on 2.40.157 firmware version. I tried to upgrade online to 2.41.116 (no, I dont want to upgrade to version 5…), but after some time returns an error.
So I tried to download de .bin file and make upload locally, but I get the same error.
If I look at Notifications, it shows me:
The firmware update failed. Please retry. If the failure persists, contact WD Support.
