I purchased new WD EX2 Ultra NAS. I see that application is not stable, showing inconsistant behaviour. with some efforts & watching some reviews & videos I could manage to setup user but I can not invite them for cloud access. System throw an eror “Something went wrong, please check that you have an active Internet connection and try again.(Error Code: 403)”
I connected my pc to same network/switch via network cable where NAS is also connected. All this connected to same internet cable. With my admin access I can access My cloud service but can not intvite user so user can access on their mobile.
